Wild Rock Gravel Pit Red

(0)

A Gravel Pit eh? Sounds like an odd place for a vineyard. Though gravels are actually good for grapes, because they make them work hard. And hardworking grapes generally make for much more serious wines. This particular savoury red has savoury, brambly fruits and drying tannins. It’s serious – in a good way – NZ red from one of it’s best makers (this being an effective second label of Craggy Range and all). Red – Other Reds – Red Blend
