Wild Turkey Masters Keep 1894 Limited Edition is the third expression in Master Distiller Eddie Russell’s Limited Edition Series. Master’s Keep 1894 celebrates the oldest and premier Rickhouse at the Distillery, aptly named Rickhouse A. built in the early 1890s, it was also the site of Eddie Russell’s first job at the Distillery in the summer of 1981. At the end of his first week, Eddie Russell was led up the old rickety stairs to the top floor of Rickhouse A, where he tasted Wild turkey from the barrel for the first time. To this day Eddie proclaims it was the best Bourbon he had ever tasted and it was at this moment that he decided to dedicate his life to working at the coveted Wild Turkey Distillery.Master’s Keep 1894 is a private barrel collection that Eddie Russell has hand selected exclusively from Rickhouse A.
