Witches Falls Winery Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the top dog wine from Witches Falls, and it is certainly a robust puppy! There’s plenty of cassis and dried tobacco leaf on the nose, along with a decent wiff of mocha. Then the palate kicks in with plush, luscious tastes of dark berries and plums, a decent hit of toasted cedar from the oak, a lick of dark chocolate, some grip to the tannins, and a firm but fruity finish.
