It’s not all crocodiles and cane toads that come out of Queensland, there is also some decent wine being made up on the Granite Belt. This sweet and juicy tawny fortified from Witches Falls has a heap of Christmas cake, baked spices and candied orange rind on the nose, whilst the palate is sweet and lush, with tastes of dried fruits and marmalade, soft tannins, and a sweet, lip-licking finish. Excellent with a mince pie. Dessert/Fortified – Fortified Wine – Port – Tawny
