Witches Falls Winery Co-Inoculated Sauvignon Blanc

Here we have another white from Witches Falls that has been inoculated with two yeasts. The result is a wine that is a little more veggie than fruit, with aromas of herbs, grass and asparagus on the nose, with hints of lemons and limes. The palate is lighter-bodied and dry, with more veggie and citrus flavours, a decent zip of lemony acidity, and a dry, fresh finish. White – Sauvignon Blanc and Blends – Sauvignon Blanc
