Witches Falls Winery Co-Inoculated Verdelho

This verdelho has been inoculated with two yeasts, and it seems Witches Falls are pretty happy with the results. It has a bit more presence than the usual verdelho fare, and shows vibrant smells of melons, citrus and chopped herbs on the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied, crisp and dry, with herbaceous and fruit salad flavours, a decent zip of acidity, and a flinty mineral finish that lingers.
