This bonny little chardy from Witches Falls out of Queensland has certainly gained some fans over the years, which is no surprise when you take your first sip. A truck-load of peaches, honey, toasted vanilla, citrus and roasted nuts tumble out of the glass, whilst the palate is quite fulsome and generous, with rich stone fruit and savoury flavours, a touch of creaminess to the mouthfeel, and a refreshing line of lemony acidity cleaning up the lingering finish. Great with chook or vintage cheddar
