It's a single vineyard wine all from the original planting on the Lagan estate and has been made with al natural wild yeasts with reguar lees stirring. Goodall doesn't put this wine through malolactic fermentation, contributing to its brightness and tense energy. It has an intriguing mix of savoury and brioche with a light honeycomb crumble.
