Now here is a clever wine out of Echelon wines (a division of Mcwilliams). The intention here is to take good fruit and couple it with clever winemaking (in this instance winemaker Kym Teusner from Teusner wines). The end result is suitably clever Barossan Shiraz in a the rich ripe mould. Lots of flavour and plenty to give. Red – Shiraz and Blends – Shiraz
