And even if it is delicious any day of the week, we sometime feel that we could use something like it, but with a bit more oomph! in the glass. Behold the mighty Red Hops: A red ale with plenty of bite. The aromatic hops used flutters past your nose with citrus, pine and peach notes before they go straight for the throat with cleansing bitterness. It all assisted by a malt profile that is anything but toothless with its overtones of bread and caramel with a hint of roasted malt. Pours with a long lasting off-white creamy head sitting on a amber, slightly hazy body. Aroma bursts forth with fresh, clean hops brimming with citrus and grapefruit peel, followed by a nicely balanced blend of hops, caramelmalts, biscuits and toffee.
