The Lambic used for this Geuze was brewed on the 16th of April 2014 and bottled on the 18th of April 2016. Foeder N°109 is an oak cask of 9000 liters and it is over 100 years old. It was built in Germany around the year 1910 by the company Drexler as part of a series of four foeders as a “beer foeder”, but since 1935 it was used to stock Cognac.
