It combines the characteristics of our "Brett C" yeast strain, local Australian hops and a refreshing sour lactic tang. HOW WE MAKE IT: The Table Beer is made with a mixture of pale malts, and oats, and fermented with Brettanomyces Clausenni in our American Oak Foeder. We use a mixture of locally sourced hop varieties to provide a moderate to strong hop aroma and flavour, whilst aiming to keep bitterness low. TASTING NOTES: This latest Mayday Hills release pours an un-assuming light straw colour with a tight white head.
