Colonial Brewing has released a new Market Sour edition, the batch was spiked with fresh lime and coriander seed in the brewhouse. It then underwent a conventional fermentation before cucumber and juniper additions which round out the flavour profile. A small gift of Australian grown Galaxy was then added as a dry hop to compliment the real fruit with hop derived fruit notes. The result is a vibrantly refreshing Berliner-style sour layered with fruit and spice.
