The malt-wine is lightly aged in oak and blended with a triple distilled grain spirit, infused with juniper and a combination of local and native botanicals, including, pink peppercorns, ribbon gum leaves, three Australian myrtles: lemon, cinnamon and aniseed, and eucalyptus honey.
