Since 1919, 4 generations at Le Pre Jules have been bringing together the full gamut of Normandys apple bounty. Cider, Pommeau and Calvados are made using traditional methods from the 60 varieties of apples on 40 hectares of naturally farmed. After maturing in oak barrels for over 20 years, this Calvados has intense concentration, aromas of baked apples, spices and nuts. The palate is soft and velvety with flavours of baked apple pie, vanilla, nuts and a long, smooth finish.
