It takes an assortment of lighter malts, a soft water profile and a veritable compilation of freshly imported US hops including Crystal, El Dorado, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic, a menagerie of sorts, to produce an elegant hop bouquet with accents of spice, tropical and stone fruit, pine with a citrus top note underscored with Little Creatures signature and distinctive bitterness.
