Our Quince 2015 dessert wine is intended for serving during or towards the end of a meal. A blend of quince wines crafted using two slightly different winemaking techniques. Full bodied and complex with a degree of sweet stewed fruit and balanced acidity. Taste is sweet but not overly so, due to it’s higher acidity. Aged on lees for two years, then bottled unoaked for drinking now. Enjoy well chilled! No grapes have been used in this wine.
