Founded in 1872, J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere, close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run, Edouard, Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestors. The Petite Champagne 1976, is from a single vineyard, well-balanced, incredibly fine and supple with aromas of lily and orange peel.
