Founded in 1872, J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere, close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run, Edouard, Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestors. This Vieille Fine is a blend of both terroirs, the Grande Champagne adds vibrancy and length, while the Petite Champagne gives it delicacy, sweetness and subtlety.
