Cognac house Paul Giraud has been handed down from father to son since 1650 with 35 hectares of sustainably grown, hand harvested vineyards in the prime Premier Cru cognac area of the Grande Champagne. Meticulous, hands on production allows Paul Girauds style to produce artisanal cognacs which date from 6 to 50 years of age. This 40 year old cognac shows cloves and pepper. The palate is warm, slippery with spice, dried fruits and a peppery finish.
