Tuatara Pilsner is brewed to a classic European recipe using 100% New Zealand malt and Saaz hops. This gives it the traditional hop bitterness, flavour and aroma of a true pilsner. An authentic Czech yeast was selected for its ability to ferment at very low temperatures enhancing the malt perception and allowing the clean, crisp bitterness to show in the foreground.
